  Horizontal Gating

• Seven 1/2 inch solid shaft horizontal rods make this gating extremely durable.
• 7/8 inch solid shaft on bottom rod for extra durability.
• Standard height is 34" tall, mounted 2"  off the floor. 44 inch tall gate optional.
• Economical design has pads and posts mount directly to the gates. No need to pay for separate corner posts.
• Top of each gate is constructed of heavy 1/4" x 1-1/2" angle iron.
• Flat vertical bars are made of 1/4" x l-1/2"  flat iron.
• Isowean gate with an additional horizontal rod for smaller pigs is an option. This gate is mounted 2" off the floor.

Vertical Gating

SST Wean to Finish Dry Feeders

• Feeder proportions are optimum dimensions for pigs 17days old to finishing weight.  4- 1/2 inches high trough eases access to feed.
• 12" spacing of feed holes allows easy feeding access, but keeps younger pigs from lying in feed trough.
• Two divider options put less stress on pigs by eliminating competition for space at the feeder. Stainless steel rods and solid stainless dividers.
• Simple to operate top crank-style feed adjustment slides eliminate feed waste by funneling feed to feed holes.
• When estimating size of feeder needed to handle pen capacity, figure 5-8 pigs per hole.

• Top and bottom lip on adjustable feed slide agitates feed and prevents clogged feeders.
• The construction of durable 18 gauge 304 stainless steel on the feeder body aids in ease of cleaning and reduces risk of disease due to stagnant feed.
